THE PROJECT IS DEVIDED INTO 3 STAGES :

Together we will prepare a detailed statement of design work. At this stage we will discuss any wishes, preferences and expectations. Everything discussed will be documented and a mood board with references will be created.
This is one of the most important stages, as the quality of the collaborative work will determine how accurately the future interior design project will meet your wishes.
1.2. DEVELOPMENT OF PLANNING DECISION
We will develop layout solutions that best meet your needs and desires. We will display for you several scenarios, from which one will be selected and refined together. An approved space planning is an important interior design stage, as any subsequent work will be performed on its basis.
2.1. CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT
To determine the design style we will prepare several collages based on one general concept. These sketches will help to decide on which colors, finishing materials and general atmosphere to go with. At this stage, specific furniture items are preliminary discussed and prices for main objects are agreed upon.
A discussion of the collages will help to better understand the customer’s preferences regarding the appearance of the would-be interior.
At this stage, the design is finalized, and major adjustments are made.
2.2. 3D VISUALIZATIONS
Based on the developed concept and collages, we will create photorealistic visualizations for each of the premises being designed. They will fully render the external appearance of the would-be interior, from the kind of finishing and furnishing to fine décor pieces.
3.1. PREPARATION OF WORKING DOCUMENTS
The final stage of your project will be blueprint preparation: a set of technical drawings, that contains all the necessary information for the project implementation.
The set of drawings can include:

4. AUTHORS SUPERVISION AND PROVISION
The service includes:
- Visiting stores for personal inspection of samples or communication with a manager for remote selection of samples
- Searching for reliable component suppliers and communication with managers of supplying companies
- Monitoring and checking how the construction team implements the design project
- Advising contractors and builders on the implementation of the design project.
- Personal visits of the designer to the site or remote designer’s supervision. Based on the information and photos of the entire implementation process, provided in the format of electronic communication.

We create specifications as a list of furniture used in the interior design project, lighting fixtures, electrical equipment, finishing materials, doors, etc. Each item is accompanied by a link to the store where it can be purchased.
As part of the consultation, you might prepare and send 2-3 questions in advance, and during the online meeting we will thoroughly discuss solutions.
