Rome, Art Installatiom
The exhibition focused on envisioning «Rome in 50 years», presenting potential future scenarios for the city. Exploring the interplay between Roman architecture and tropical vegetation, the installation aimed to capture the juxtaposition of spontaneous natural growth and urban constraints, offering a glimpse into the city’s evolving identity. High-resolution renders of the propylaeum, mirroring those found in Rome’s historic villa, were meticulously created. These renders were then combined with photographs of vegetation from Roman gardens and printed for display. The final step involved mounting these images on the walls of the museum room, bringing the speculative vision of Rome’s future to life.
